Nastania - A graduate from the Vicious Villains University, a school that teaches people to be a Villain, Villainess, or Minion. Nastania graduated with honors in the Malicious Mischief degree. Unfortunately, she has not had much of a chance to put her degree to use. While she is a certified Villainess, she is one without much funds and does not have her own lair, minion, or rival.
Hezere Clemeste - The Headmistress of the Vicious Villains University, a mysterious woman skilled in Illusions. Her family has been the Head of V.V.U. for generations, though most of the Headmasters have been women. Long ago, her grandmother was in a relationship with Nastania's grandfather. He eventually dumped her and in a fit of rage, she killed him. Hezere met a young Nastania at his funeral and a friendship was formed. She saw much of herself in Nastania. Nastania comes to her for advice from time to time, though she is often cryptic in her messages.
Armste Sovere - Headmaster of the Chivalrous Heroes University, a school that teaches people to be Heroes, Heroines, or Sidekicks. He is Hezere's former lover, but his heart was soon broken. Like many of the Clemeste women, she is quite the heart breaking seductress. After the break up, the two became bitter rivals. It was predestined, though, as it is impossible for a Hero and a Villainess to be together. He is a powerful and stern man, believing in absolute justice.
Silda Creme - The bratty daughter of Lord and Lady Creme. She is the target of Nastania's kidnapping, though she is the one who has to pay the price. Nastania does not realize that Silda is a horrible young woman with a nasty attitude. The kidnapping backfires when no one agrees to pay the ransom, as no one seems to like Silda.
Larc Lashon - A Hero that barely graduated from C.H.U., as he is a complete moron and air head. He was assigned to guard the Creme family estate, where he fell in love with the beautiful Silda. Unfortunately, only her appearance was beautiful, she turns out to be a nasty young lady. Never the less, he falls for her completely, while she despises him. He is the only one who tries to save her when Nastania kidnaps her. For "stealing away his love", Larc claims himself Nastania's rival.
