The setting.
The year is 2100, technology has advanced rather far in many ways one, now you can fight wherever you want thanks to a Special mechanism that is part of the city.
Its a rather big thing its called The Techni Lo Deasperato, it uses virtual reality to simulate a battle and this battle can be started anywhere in the city. It
is like a sport except other people wont be harmed in the fight the people can continue with there daily lives. they do get warned though before hand.-
When a battle is started, which to start one all you have to do is say Battle mode on, and anything else ya want to. all fighters have gauntlets that can open the program also the law enforcement can force you into a battle, like if your a criminal the way its set up if a law person beats the criminal they get captured, this
helps keep the non humans from going out of control. However if the cop loses they get away. So they have a chance to escape and run off this however, is only part of this rather large city a side from the action there is also, movie theaters a virtual love simulation smack dab in the middle of front part of the hotel. several tall buildings apart from the smaller buildings which are along the other side.

The background.

100 years before a scientist, who had went by the name Alphel got and idea a way to where things could be made equal for humans, an the many non humans that existed a special type of machine which would take him 15 years to finish. He gave it the name Techni Lo Deasperato, it took up a lot of resources to make it which caused a large problem people lost there homes but eventually everything changed after the machine, was up and running. However Alphel, had to find a way to where it could be activated freely so he makes special gauntlets that people have to wear, especially the humans this machine also helped the law enforcement with their duties. This made it easier for them to catch the crooks, humans, and non humans they were able to force them into a match this of course made it fair 50/50 to get caught or get away. The love simulator, was based off of the Techni Lo Deasperato though much smaller in size gave the city even more money with this they never were put in debt again, it also helped with adding and expanding the city.
