TIBBI W. HEART
Name: Tibbi W. Heart (anagram of White Rabbit)
Age: Unknown, possibly immortal
Physical Features: He's albino (so red eyes, pale skin and white hair), young in appearance, has straight bangs. Normal size, slightly tall.
Clothing: Always wears a white zip-up bunny hoodie, with the hood up. Bunny ears stand up. Has a heart patch sewn onto his chest and a heart pin near his ear. Wears skinny jeans and red Converse.
Other: Is a drugdealer, whose MO is based off of the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. He preys on young girls, whom he calls 'Alice's, and once they're down the 'Rabbit Hole', they disappear for good.
