Sunday Night, June 21, 2009.
Just a couple of minutes ago, about 11:30 p.m, I was half way through watching Sideways when I felt the ground shake a little, then I heard this loud 'boom' or explosion noise. The street light right outside my house was out, and I thought it had crashed to the ground. But sure enough, the light came back on and it was still standing, but people were gathering outside in the parking lot and my mom decided to go as well. When I went, I everyone was staring at this turquoise blue electrical wire. My mom of course yelled at me for not wearing shoes. I'm still not sure what that was. Now I think it could have been an electrical explosion from the big huge metal power thingy a few blocks away..
