As of June 20th, 2009 at 2:00pm, I and Connie (Fizzyology) will be officially engaged in matrimony (having a wedding) followed by the tieing of the knot (being officially married). Wow, let me tell you, it's been one hell-of-a-day today. Stressed out like crazy all day, with the only thing keeping me holding on was that beautiful girl I'm marrying and her beautiful smile. GAAAAH! I'M SO ******** HAPPY!!!!! xd heart xd heart
...Anyways, today we went to dinner. It was sort of a suprise to me, cause I didn't realize we'd go out to eat to exchange wedding gifts. Bob (Dad in law) paid for the entire course and it was very generous. Connie got me this gorgeous recipe box for me, cause she knows I love cooking. It was wooden and had our names engraved into the box along with a little recipe on the lid for the Perfect Marriage. It was adorable. But when I gave Connie my gift, I almost couldn't contain my laughter. I got her a heartless, thoughtless box of Shamwow!. She looked very dissapointed. HAH! It wasn't until she opened the box to see the real gift inside...well, I mean the Shamwow! was a gift all on its own, but it was meant more like a joke gift, kind of when like a parent gets a small gift for a child but puts it in a big box. Don't get me wrong, there were Shamwow! towels in the box, cause we can use them, but it wasn't my true gift. My real gift was a 16K Silver necklkace with a heart pendant with a heart shaped ruby centerpiece. She didn't react much more than a silence before she turned to me, kissed me and said I love you. AH! it was perfect to me. After awhile, we got to the Trinity Baptist Church where I will be marrying her and we started to decorate. I had to skip out early cause I wanted to be home before my grandparents went to bed. I figured they had too much to drink, and sure enough, the backdoor was open. I got them to bed, but it wasn't long before my grandpa wobbled into the computer room where I'm typing now, half naked, and started talking with me. I'm pretty nervous about tomorrow though. I hope my vows come out alright. AAAH! I can't sleep. 3nodding
