I thought that he would stay by my side forever. Just the two of us. I was so wrong that it was laughable.
''I love you, Jacob," I said as he ran his fangs down my neck. "Are you sure you want to do this, Angel?" he asked. He brought his head up to look me in the eyes. His eyes were riddled with desire, love, concern, and fright. "I'll be okay. I'll be strong for you,no, for us," I said as I moved my hair away from my neck. He kissed me and said,"For us." He bite down on my neck, and I gasped in pain.I grabbed his sholders so I didn't scream. I passed out only a minute later.
I woke up to the smell of blood. Slowly my eyes fluttered open. I turned my head to see the most horrable thing ever, Jacob was laying on the grouds with cuts and gashes all over him. There was so much blood. He let out a ragged breath. I ran over to where he was and said, "Jacob don't leave me please don't leave me. I love you." He turned his head so he could see me and said, " I love you to. Promise me one thing. That you'll live." "Don't talk like that you'll be here with me," I said. "Just promise me, Please," he said. " I promoie,"I said. "Thank you, I love you, Angel-hime," he said with a shallow breath that ended up being his last. A single tear fell down my face as I kissed his cheek. " Wait for me in the afterlife my prince. I don't want to be alone then also," I said as I picked him up to go properly bury him.
