The wanderer awoke dazed and exhausted.... His body tired as if he'd lacked sleep for days.... He tried to sit up, but a sharp pain in his torso keppt him down.... He thinks over his memories.... "I don't remember...." he blurts.... "Why can't I remember?" he yells angrily.... the pain again.... He moves hisfingers just enough to feel it.... Warm, slick, and wet.... "No...." he pleads.... "Why did he do this....? It must have been him...." he growls.... "I am the only one who can make others bleed.... I do not bleed!" he howled aloud....

"Are you done yet?"
"What" he confusedly muttered....
"I don't know how we put up with you...."
"We?" he asks....
"You're both the same...."
"Both? Who -" he couldn't finish....
"Wake up!"
"I am awake.... aren't I?" he muttered....
"Use your ears...."

"My.... ears...." he realized that he hadn't even stopped to listen to anything.... There was no way he could drown out the booming crash next to his head.... The repeating sound slowly began fading into more of a lull as he heard the soft chirps of grasshoppers against the now light splash of the waves.... "At least it's night time," he muttered annoyedly.... The lapping of the waves continued in the distance.... "Uhh.... an.... ocean?" The cool night breeze whispers delicately in his ear as teh sea sang it's song, beckoning him towards it's refreshing waters.... He took a deep breath and tasted the salt of the sea surfing through the night sky and for a moment he was at peace.... A soothing moment for a man who was never allowed to experience such things.... Part of him was glad he couldn't move, because for once he didn't want to....
