"Ahhhhh"Ryu continued to fall into the darkness below,while falling his hand had slipped from Kyo's.
He stopped screaming once he hit the ground,his stomache making a loud THUD as it hit against the pavement"Ow..."
As he was about to push himself up Kyo fell on his back,forcing him back down on the ground.She didn't seem to be hurt as she sat there"Hm,that didn't hurt as much as I thought it would"
Ryu turned his head around,glaring over his shoulder at her"Ya think!? You landed on my back!"
Kyo blinked at him as she stood up,dusting off her sleeves"Well we wouldn't be down here if you hadn't stepped away from the table"
"How was I to know the floor would collaspe under me!?"Ryu tried to pull himself up,soon stopping once he realized he couldn't move"I....I can't move.."
Kyo tilted her head as she looked down at him"Well guess that means I have to find another exit"
"Wait wha?"Ryu laid his head against the pavement,a small chill going across his neck because it was cold"Why can't we go back up the way we came down?"
Kyo placed her hands behind her head as she sighed"We fell a long way down,theres no way I would be able to jump that high while carrying you"She took a step away from him,staring down at the passage way ahead of them"I'll go look for another exit"
Ryu lifted his head up and watched her step away"B-But this place was once infested with vampires..what if there are still some here!?"
Kyo smiled cheerfully down at him"Well then.."She walked away from him,heading towards the passage way"If there are I'll be sure to bring them back so you can see them"She waved her finger back at him as she smiled to herself
"K-Kyo...you wouldn't do that...would you...? I mean...I doubt that there are any here....afterall it has been years..."Ryu gave her a teary-eyed look as he watched her walk away"Kyyyooooo,Kkkyyyooooooo.....Ah come on..tell me there aren't any here! Kkkkkyyyooooooo!!!!"His voice lingered through the hall as he watched her disappear
Kyo looked down at her claws as she walked "I can't say for sure that there aren't any here.." She shrugged her shoulders at her thought"Oh well,he'll scream if he needs me"
She laughed softly to herself as she came across splitting hallways,both of them going diaganally from each other."Which one should I take..."Kyo blinked at both of the hallways scratching her head alittle"Well,if I remember right there should be a dancing hall to the right"
She shrugged her shoulders lightly deciding to go with the right hallway.
After awhile of walking Kyo reached a big wooden door,the door was in perfect shape the fire from the side of the hallway making it glisten."This should the place..."
Kyo's eyes gleamed a sharp red as she placed her hands on the door,pushing it open and walking inside the room
When she took a step inside lights from chandeliers came on,lighting the ballroom.She walked towards the middle of the room,looking up at other levels that had a few seats in each section as if to watch those that would be dancing below."Looks like somebody has been taking pretty good care of this room"
More then ten minutes had passed and Kyo still didn't come back to Ryu.He sighed as he crawled over to the wall"I think she left me..."
He growled angrily as he pulled himself up against the wall,slowly standing up"Well I'll teach her!"
Ryu walked heavily down the hallway,mumbling to himself as he walked"Last time I trust her to go find and exit and leave me in a creepy rigcody place like this"
"Huh..."Ryu stopped walking once he saw the intersections"Wonder which one she went down...Maybe the to the left"He nodded his head and walked down the left hallway
"I wonder if I went the right way"Ryu leant against the wall,trying to feel his way around since there were no lights,or atleast none he knew about.
A soft thud was made as Ryu ran into the end of the wall"Ouch.."He rubbed his forehead slightly and tried to kick to wall,his foot missing as if nothing was there and falling onto the floor ahead of him.
Once Ryu fell he tried to get up,stopping once he realized his hands were touching dirt"Hey..I made it outside"He grinned happily to himself as he stood up"That'll show Kyo that I can survive on my own"
He laughed softly as he rubbed the back of his head,hearing a slight Snap of somebodies finger
In that instant a torch that was on the wall lit,one beside it lighting up once the first on was lit and others following in suit until it came back to the original one
"Hey this isn't outside"Ryu blinked seeing the room once it was lit entirely.
The room had dirt on the ground but also had stone pedestals within it,all of them reaching up to the cieling that had a few cracks in it letting the moonlight seep into the room.
"It seems we meet again young man"A voice snickered through the room as a man sat on a broken pedestal
Ryu's attention turned towards the man,recognizing the voice"...That voice...you're the same man that was..at the school.."
Katsutoshi grinned at Ryu,showing off his fangs as he wore a black vest with a short sleeved white button up shirt with a black tie"It is truely nice to be remembered"
Ryu took a step back from the pedestal"W-What do you want..."He clenched his hand in a fist as he stood there
"Why the same thing as before"Katsutoshi stood up from the pedestal,crossing his arms as he walked closer to Ryu"And this time,my arrogant half isn't here to save you.."
Kyo sighed as she walked around the room,soon stopping to lean her back against the wall"You can come out now,I already know you're here"
Hirashi jumped down from one of the platform,landing on the ground a few feet away from Kyo"You really ruin all the fun"
Kyo leant off the wall,staring over at Hirashi"What have you done with Masumi!?"
Hirashi grinned at her as he looked down at his claws"I wouldn't be worried about that human,she's long gone"
Kyo gave Hirashi a small smirk as she crossed her arms"Yea right,my brother has you on a tight leash,so he wouldn't allow you to kill anyone that didn't need to be"
Hirashi growled deeply at Kyo's statement"You dare hate vampires and call Katsutoshi your brother!?"He lunged at her,his claws aimed for her heart"I'll kill you!"
