When merged together, the true form, and power, of Permafrost can be obtained. The 2 blades become one, and the power is even greater than the 2 combined. Also, each slash causes ice particles to appear, striking enemies. However, this much power is not meant to be used for long, and gradually freezes the weilder. After a certain amount of time, Kevin has to seperate them, so as not the freeze to death.
