The cool breeze felt wonderful on the back of my neck as I stared at the many colors of the surrounding area. It was a little too happy for my taste but it was quiet and serean. I leaned against the small walkway bridge's railing, that lead over the small Koi pond. I looked down at the person who was near my feet, sitting with her legs under the railing, letting her bare feet touch the water.
She looked up at me with her bright gold eyes and smiled, her light pink lips naturally pursed and cute. She had her brown hair in pony tail with her side bangs in her face.
I reached down and held her hand, my fingers intertwining with hers.
"I love you." She whispered in her songful voice.
"I love you too." I said in the same whisper.
She stood up and shook the water off her feet and brushed the dirt specks off her thigh length shorts, and her white button up dress shirt. I smiled at her and looked into her eyes and she clumbsily stood up straight. She blew the hair from her face and tripped into my chest. I enveloped her in a hug, my lips pressed to the top of her hair. I coould feel her heart race as her chest pressed against mine and she buried her face into my chest.
"Your hearts beating so fast." I whispered into her ear.
"Heh, It happens alot when Im with you." She whispered back.
I smiled a bit and hugged her tighter and sighed. I pushed her away from my chest against the railing. She looked at me with a puzzled look.
"I love you." I said softly.
"I love you more." She said teasingly.
"Shhh." I said as she finsihed the word "more". "You talk too much."
"No you just think I do-" I stopped her in mid sentence as I pressed my lips to hers. She just went along with it, and kissed back closing her eyes.
When our lips parted, my heart was thudding in my chest. She looked up at me, and cupped her hand on the side of my face. She smiled her half smile then looked at the floor.
