Buncha serial killers are holed up in this little town, led by Oliver Shankill, who's going by an alias. No one knows who they are and they're not even quite sure they exist (unless they are one...) but last month one was arrested at the scene of their first murder in twenty years. He was accidently shot by police forces as he attempted to escape, and he had their signature weapon; a cleaver.
