Okay, this title covers a lot of the things I'm going to write about in one way or another. I'm not really going to talk about the landscaping around my home or anything. Not much anyway.

I live in an area of the USA where it's fairly cool with rain in every season but the summer... at which time it turns nasty hot and no one goes outside except for to swim or do other cool or water related things. Winters are mild to cold. I like it cold. Lately it's been kind of warm, though ~ something I don't really appreciate, but at the same time, the fresh air and sunlight are nice.

Now that that's over....

Have you ever noticed that a lot of people complain about their lives? It seems like the amount of complaining done is directly inverse to the amount the said person has to complain about ~ in other words people who actually have something in their lives worth complaining about don't complain as much as people who have perfectly nice lives. Humanity is cracked out like that.

I think I'm pretty good about not complaining a lot, but I still complain ~ so I figured I'd make a list of things that are good in my life.

1. I'm not wanting for anything ~ good food, clothing, books, monies... blah blah blah.

2. My friends ~ I have a fairly diverse group of very good friends both online and in real life.

3. The boyfriend~ What can be said? He's a really sweet and loving guy and I love him a lot (okay, yeah ~ the relationship is internet based. But who cares?)

4. I have good parents ~ they're divorced, but in a way it's almost a good thing. Each parental unit has quirks that didn't show when they were together ~ mom is exceptionally zen and accepting of whole loads of stuff and dad spoils me rotten.

5. I have pets~ Cats, a dog, llamas, sheep, a goat ~ okay, so not all of them are sweeties, but the dog, most of the cats, one llama, two sheep and the goat are very nice. (has 3 llamas, 4 cats, about 10 sheep)

6. I get good grades ~ oh hells yeah. I'm not a genius or anything and I'm not at the very tip top of the class but I'm doing pretty well. Never failed, never gets C's or lower ~ I've come close, though.

7. I'm a narcissist. This is an interesting thing to put on a list of good stuff in one's life, but if you think about it it makes sense. I have a self sufficient ego and I'm self reliant ~ that's pretty nifty.

8. I'm strong ~ both physically and psychologically. Okay, if you look at me I'm kind of big ~ Not hugely obese or anything, just not delicate and slender. And, for the most part, it's muscle. I bench more than any other girl in our weight training class at school. And more than some boys. Also, I don't get sick very often and I haven't puked for at least 4 years. As for the psychological part ~ I leave that to your imagination (because I'm lazy).

9. Where I live~ I really like the weather and plants around here. Stuff is green and the seasons are fairly diverse. Peeps are pretty nice and it's not a big city area ~ dad lives on the edge of a small city and mom lives in the country.

10. School~ It's a really small school ~ 180 or so people. But I like it, to be honest. People say the education isn't as good, but everyone knows everyone else and the people are interesting. And no one messes with me in a bullying way.
