In the heavens above, a war rages on against the Demon Hordes and the Angelic Armies. They battle for control of the human race. In a dark castle hidden in the clouds over earth, a young angelic girl sits in a window sill looking out at the humans below. This girl is princess Katsuya Todomi. She is next in line to control the armies of the angels. Her father has hidden her far from the war so that she does not come to any harm. She waits patiently in her castle for the day where she can leave. A knock on the door to her room echoes through out the angelic fortress. Hearing it Katsuya jumps down from her perch on the window. She cautiously moved towards the door. Katsuya quietly placed her ear on the large door. The handle began from some ones attempts at trying to get in her room. She quickly ran to the window again and sat down. She thought that only Angels could set foot inside her castle, so she believed that it was someone coming to get her. As she waited for the door to be opened she could hear footsteps on the otherside. The door was sent flying off of its hinges and now lay in front of Katsuya. A young male demon walked into her room. Katsuya looked at him, feeling horrified at the sight of a demon. "Are you princess Katsuya Todomi?" the demon asked as he walked closer to her. "I- I am." she muttered as she tried to open the magicly sealed window. "My name is Kardai Hondetsu, and I am here to kill you." the demon said as he continued walking closer to her. A dagger flew down from the inside of his sleeve into his hand. "Please, wait. What have I done to be killed?" she asked feeling horror and sorrow. She did not want to die without seeing her father's face one last time. "Do no think that I am aligned with the demons that are waging war against your people, I am merely an assassin who kills who he is payed to kill."he said as he now stood directly in front of Katsuya. "Do you have to kill me?" Katsuya asked as tears began flowing from her eyes. "I don't have to, but I was payed to." he said as he playe with his dagger. He twirled it around in his fingers, watching the shine on it. He noticed the tears flowing from Katsuya's eyes. He then put his dagger away and looked up at her. "Would you like me to hide you instead?" he said as he sat down in a chair next to the window. "Y- yes I would like that." she said, wiping the tears from her eyes and standing up. "Why have you changed your mind about killing me?" she asked as she went to her wardrobe and began packing a small bag. "I don't feel right about killing a girl who fears death as much as you do." he said as he stood up and walked towards the large hole in the room where the door once was. "I will be waiting for you in the halls." Kardai said as he faded into the shadowy hallways.[PM me to continue, you play as Katsuya]
