Everyday I wake up,
Then breathe a heavy sigh,
Know matter how much I fill my cup,
The days just go on by,

Even though I tell the truth,
And sometimes I even lie,
Sometimes I eat my Baby Ruth's,
But the days just go on by,

When ever I meet someone new,
I never forget to say hi,
Even though I say wa who,
The days just go on by,

And when I go to sleep,
I think of those who's died,
I tell the lord "My soul to keep"
But the days just go on by,

One day I know at the crack of dawn,
I'll have to say good bye,
Even when I'll be gone,
The days will still go by.
