Hating yourself is a tricky concept. I mean as humans, we are bound by self pitty. Therefor we make a big deal out of nothing, issues that we use self pitty on are usually 5X smaller of an issue than we make them out to be. So if you've done what you think is wrong and your wallowing in self pitty, then go drink some milk, eat some chocolate and cry it out... in a corner. The only real way to shake off self pitty is to either cry it off then get some sleep or to correct what caused the pitty to begin. mrgreen
