I've had this friend on gaia almost since I began gaia. His username used to be Cheeseman111. We met in the chatterbox and became friends. We've spoken to each other through pm's ever since. After a while I started to think of him as a best friend. I would tell him almost anything (you know, everything that you believe safe to tell someone that you don't actually know in real life). I told him about problems in my life that dealt with my friends, family, and school. And he in turn gave me good advice and friendship. I would listen to whatever problems he came to me with (which wasn't many). And I would send him birthday and Christmas gifts and he to me. we spoke often like friends should. The last thing that I had spoken to him about was our preferences in the seasons. Then he stopped PMing me. I didn't find that too odd because that happens every now and then. either he or I don't get on for a while and so we don't talk for a while. Then we would forget what we were talking about. I would usually send a PM back to him after a while and we would start talking again and be happy friends. But anyway, after about 2 weeks I noticed that his username changed. I liked his old username but that was ok because really, it's just a username. Or so I thought. I tried to send him a pm asking why he changed his username and it also continued our last conversation about the seasons but I couldn't send it. He had taken me off of his friends list (my mule too). Not only that he made it so that people who were not on his friends list could not see his profile, or send him pms. When I tried to send my questions with a gift box using the gift giving system it said the the user was not accepting gifts at the time. When I tried to send a trade with my questions as the subject of the trade it said something about the trading pass. Usually I wouldn't care so much. Usually I would be like, "Oh that's how it goes with online friends." but there are people on gaia that I believe I have built up some really nice online friendships with. Another member of gaia that I would be depressed if they did this would be XxxXDyingAngelXxxX because I consider them one of my gaia best friends. But the thing with this friend is, I haven't seen him act anything like this before. He's always been kind to me. Sure that could have been an online personality but I want to believe that it wasn't 100% an online personality. Because if it was then the only explanation for this treatment is that he got sick of holding it up and decided to drop whoever knew the personality from his friends list and make it so that they could not annoy him with questions. And if that is true then I will be extremely depressed. So I'm going to go with what my mother said. She said that it was probably that his account got hacked and that he isn't in control of it anymore. A thing that supports this is that his avatar changed from it's usual style (because he usually don't change his avatar much and if it does change than it's to a specific style). Anyway, the whole reason I posted this (so that even the public can see it), is because if his account did get hacked and he would like to become my gaia friend again (if he creates a new account) then he can see this. Or if he really is still in control of his account and just hates me but eventually gets curious as to what this stupid person that he hates/hated is doing after he so rudely did this without any apparent incentive then he can also read this.
If any of you people who might read this have an idea as to what to do in order for me to get in contact again (at least to get some answers) then please do tell me.
