Little Bubbles
I think my favorite thing on Gaia has to be my Aquarium. I always wanted one as a girl; a great big tank where colorful little fish could dart in and out of a little sunken ship. I never got one, though. Not until now...

Most little girls, if you listen to the movies and the stereotypes, want kittens and ponies for pets. I never did. I was a lot more simple than that, I think. What I always wanted was a great big fish tank. You know the kind, right? Three feet long, a foot and a half deep, two feet high, with lots of little pebbles in the bottom. There would be a little treasure chest in the corner, the kind with a lid that opened and shut, and bright plants swishing back and forth in the water. And don't forget the crown jewel; a sunken ship tucked into the rocks with a tiny pirate's flag and lots of little peepholes for my fishies to dart in and out of. I never got my dream tank, of course. There was never enough room in the apartment for something like that. I did get a beta fish in a little octagonal tank, though, and Mom let me get some neon green sea plants- made of plastic, of course- to put in with him, so I was okay. I miss that little guy...

And then I was introduced to Gaia aquariums.

I've never been one for forums. Chat doesn't interest me quite as much as games. And it's hard for me to make friends online that easily. But I became hooked on Gaia the moment I saw the aquariums. There was my perfect tank, just waiting for me. Sure, the treasure chest doesn't close, but the seaflowers actually sway back and forth... and they have a ship. I may not have it yet myself, but the ship is there, in the store, waiting for me. There's no pirate flag on it, but the sails are a lot more cool than what I'd imagined as a girl. And the fish!

The fish, I think, are definitely the best part of the Gaia aquarium. They're so cute! I love watching these bright, colorful little fish swim around my computerized tank.Eddingail Orion is probably my favorite right now. I actually got him from the Daily Chance! But that's not to say that I don't like the whole crew, because I do. Go visit them on my profile some time!

Well, I guess that's all for a general introduction to me and my little tank. That's what this journal is for, you know; to write about my fish, my aquarium, and my aquatic quests. I hope you all enjoyed!

Yours,
Emi Anne
