My life was normal before this mess, I only remember:
Alex was born in Austin, Texas. Not much of a country boy, he only left the city once or twice for family reunions to places like Oklahoma; why he never knew, he can’t recall any of his family living in any part of Oklahoma. With the ticks someone always managed to get he couldn’t blame them, it was pretty boring up there and the way his mind was always consumed with the fear of lyme disease he was hard pressed to find anything fun to do up there.
However the city was another story: he loved it. Growing up he remembers not being able to be old enough to go to the bars and start making a wider range of friends and acquaintances. One night didn’t turn out so swell though, as he had gone out by himself to meet some friends at the local bar and went missing for a good two and a half years before reappearing.
He wanted to go back home but soon discovered that while he had been missing his parents were killed, some reckless teens out ‘for shits and giggles’ lit fireworks nearby and set the house on fire while they were sleeping; they had always been heavy sleepers. So he went with someone who shared his condition and moved to Boston, where he works as a bartender at Lustrum.
In his spare time he likes to play the piano, violin and saxaphone, all of which he is good at but is excellent on the piano.
The animal they put in me is fierce, I think it's a:
Eastern dragon
I have 26 years under my belt.
I'm 6”4’ and I weigh 235lbs.
