MistNuju faces Sidorak who stands right in front of the gates to Ko-Koro.
MistNuju says in mind, “This is bad. If he makes one step backwards he is a sure win to this challenge. I’ve got to lower him away from those gates.”
Sidorak says, “I know what your thinking. Your constantly thinking of ways to get me from this area so that you could win. Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no way that you could move me from this spot.”
MistNuju says in mind, “Dang, he anticipated what I would try to do. No matter I’ll have to work around that and his Shadow Sneak Ability.”
Sidorak says, “Well if your not going to make the first move then I will.”
Sidorak pulls out his scythe.
Sidorak says, “I used this technique on your green friend back there. I did feel kinda bad that using it on him, considering he wasn’t at the Ultima level like the rest of you. But it’s a better fit for you.”
MistNuju stares angrily at Sidorak.
Sidorak says, “Here I go”
Sidorak tries to step forward but can’t move.
Sidorak says, “What?”
Sidorak looks down and sees that the ice is creeping up his legs.
Sidorak says, “So you plan on freezing me.”
Sidorak looks up and sees that MistNuju already has he bow and arrow ready to fire.”
MistNuju says, “Frozen Shot”
Sidorak says, “What?”
‘MistNuju releases the ice arrow and it flies fast straight for Sidorak’s heart. As the arrow fast approaches Sidorak hits it away with his scythe. Sidorak then breaks the ice around his legs with the backend of his scythe to free himself from the ice.’
MistNuju says in mind, “Why didn’t he just use his Shadow Sneak ability to dodge the arrow?” MistNuju says, “Well it seems that that there is some kind of weakness in your ability if you had to physically hit my arrow away.”
Sidorak says, “Well said, but you still don’t have any clue to why that is.”
MistNuju says, “Maybe not now but eventually one will come.”
Sidorak says, “Well then lets see if I can avoid that.”
‘Sidorak quickly disappears and reappears behind MistNuju.’
MistNuju says in mind, “He’s fast”
Sidorak says, “Now try my technique. Reapers Dance”
‘Sidorak spins his Scythe over his head creating a black hole under both MistNuju and Sidorak.’
MistNuju says, “What is this?”
MistNuju tries to escape but is trapped by the vortex.
Sidorak says, “There is no way to escape a reapers judgment.“
‘Sidorak then hit’s the center of the vortex with the bladed point of his Scythe. Thousands of energy scythe blades then come up from the black hole and slash MistNuju constantly.’
MistNuju scream , “AHHHHHHH! ”
‘MistNuju falls to the ground and the vortex vanishes Sidorak jumps back to his spot in front of the gates.’
Sidorak says, “So it looks like it was too much for an Ultima as well. You did not meet my expectations at all. MistNuju”
Sidorak turns torward the gate and starts to walk away.
MistNuju says, “Apparently I was able to get you to move form that spot after all.”*Cough*
Sidorak turns around and sees that MistNuju is just barely standing.
Sidorak says, “You should have just stayed down while you had the chance.”
MistNuju *Pant*, “I said that I was going to stop you no matter what.”, *Pant*, “Even at the cost of my life.”*Pant*
Sidorak says, “I admire you for that, but even you have to realize that only a fool would continue to fight in that condition.”
MistNuju says, “Then call me a fool.”
MistNuju pulls back his Bow.
Sidorak says, “Without an arrow? What is he planning?”
MistNuju says, “Ice Beam”
‘MistNuju releases the Bow and a tremendous blast of ice flies forward.’
Sidorak says, “Just a blast like before? Surely you remember what happened before right?”
MistNuju says, “Of course I do. So I’m adding my own ability to the mix.”
‘MistNuju uses his Telekinesis ability to hold Sidorak still as the blast comes closer and closer to Sidorak.’
Will MistNuju be able to finish off Sidorak?TO BE CONTINUED…
