So the Health department contacts my mother and tells her if Sophia doesn't have her shots by the end of Feb, they're calling DCF on us. stare So Thursday we went over to her house to spend the night so we could leave early the next morning to get it done. Went to Wal-Mart that night, got a brand new diaper bag {teh green Pooh Bear one was used way beyond it's time to go}, a new purse for me so I'd stop putting my stuff in with the diaper bag, 2 new outfits for Sophia, new clothes for Sharon, more Tylenol for Sophia. Stayed up all night, kicking myself internally because I have issues. Friday morning we get there and we're like the first ones in but the 4th ones called {go figure} She gets her first shot, and freaks.Stops. Gets the second shot and whimpers. By the time I get back out to the waiting room to grandma, she's completely silent. Got a cash card, strawberry milk, and Toquitos! { whee } om the way home. Rest of the day was uneventful.
Saturday~ Joshie came over and we took Sophia to the park. She swung, slid, and walked around until she exhausted herself and begged me to pick her up. I put her in the car and she was asleep by the time we got home {it's like a 3 minute drive, less depending on traffic. Only reason Josh drove us is because he couldn't remember where it was and therefore needed me to point it out to him xD}. Dai-kun and Shadow were the only ones home. Sophia napped, Dai-kun and Shadow left. Josh left. Shadow came back. Josh came back. Sophia woke up. Josh, Shadow, Sophia and I went to the mall. Mima bought Sophia a swing for the backyard.
Today~ Woke up on time {for once} to get to church after waking every hour on the hour with my bed-hogging mommy-climbing daughter. Service. Checked on Sophia. She clung to me. She came into the bible study room with me. No matter how much she clings next week, she's not going back to bible study because she was obnoxious the entire time. Walked home. Gaia. Chuck E Cheese for Karina's son's birthday party {we ran into her at the mall the day before and she invited us}. Got pissed off because of crowds and obnoxious daughter. Sophia kissed 3 strangers {all of them under the age of 4, I think.} and is terrified to ride anything so I still have a pocket full of tokens that were thrust upon me the moment I got there. Met a guy from New York who claims to have family connections to the mafia. rolleyes Got picked up. Sophia fell asleep in the car. Had to put up with possessed locks locking and unlocking themselves THE ENTIRE RIDE HOME. Annoyed. Strawberry short cake. Sophia's still asleep.
