We were about halfway to our destination, when, wouldn't ya know it, we were ambushed. Slash, a rouge from the Villiage hidden in the Stone, with about 40 others. They put up one hell of a fight, they did. The battle went on for about a day. It ended when takami used something called "Fire Brew" To burn all of the minions, and I used my trusty sword to cut off the arm of Slash.
The mission ended quite simply. But I knew that I had made some allies and enemies during that journey.
