A man passes away and goes to heaven. Upon entering the pearly gates he finds an overweight, detestable woman greets him. She lazily points to the ladder. "You can take me now or climb the ladder to success."
The man takes the obvious choice, scrambling up the ladder only to be greeted with a slightly less disgusting woman. "You can take me now or climb the ladder to success" she chimes, just like her counterpart. Again the man quickly scurries up the ladder. Now a slightly attractive woman greets him with the same statement. "You can take me now or climb the ladder to success." The man, once again climbs the ladder. This time he is greeted by a woman of basic beauty. "You can take me now or climb the ladder to success." Once again the man climbs the ladder, his greed and lust mounting. Now he is greeted by a stunningly beautiful woman of his dreams. "You can take me now or climb the ladder to success." The mans greed gets the better of him and he climbs the ladder drooling. Emerging from the floor he is enveloped in shadow only to hear the latch on the door below him lock. Suddenly a burly biker lumbers from the darkness with this greeting: "Hi. Im Cess."
