A few of you already know the issues. A lot of you don't. Some of you knew I was banned, but some of you didn't. And barely any of you even know that I've moved from account after account, username after username, ever since the day I got that dreadful E-Mail.
I've been meaning to send a note to everyone on Naratsu's Friends list, telling everyone about the issue, and the new account names... But, well... As a lot have known before I was even banned; Naratsu's one hell of a procrastinator. PMing his Friends list would mean sending out Private Messages to 44 people. And with the One Minute Flood Protection; 44 minutes is a long time to me. ]x But I had to do it at some point, I'm just sorry it took so long. *cough*over a year and a half*cough*
To those that know I was banned, and already know about this account: I apologize for sending this to you. You don't even have to read any further if you don't wish to. >>;

And finally, to those of you that had no idea of my ban, new accounts, or name changes: I sincerely apologize to you the most; having not given any word for over a year and six months. If it were something drastic, like a husband disappearing on a wife, I could imagine the frustration, anger, and oblivion involved in that sort of dilemma. So I understand if anyone will be furious at me. v.v
And so, here's my story. It can be long, and I'm sorry if I made it too... story-like. >>;

"But how could this be?" was all I could think. I was angered by the Gaia Administration for this false blame. I thought of quitting, but I didn't. So what else could I do but try to defend my name?
I send the Administration a Site Feedback Form. I explain myself, and but sadly I'm left without any reply after a long wait.
Not more than a month later, I had received an Instant Message. An Instant Message from a screen name "CheatSk8". Wouldn't you believe who it was? A user telling me I deserved, and literally confessing to hacking into my account, and using it to hack another innocent user.
I was mad. Far angrier than I was when I read I was banned for hacking. So angry that I was blinded to thought, and didn't even think to screen cap the conversation that took place.
But what luck! Three months, or so, later; CheatSk8 signs in again! I was happy, but I needed to act angry. I insulted him with names, and even asked him why he did what he did. I tried to get him to admit it again so I could screen cap everything. And it worked. Maybe not as well as I could have hoped. But it was enough to tell he did use my account to hack someone.

I sent in another Feedback Form, with the story behind this "CheatSk8" person. I include the screen cap. And wait. And wait. And wait even more.
No response was ever made. So I thought maybe it wasn't enough... Maybe I needed more proof. I figured CheatSk8 blocked me, since he never logged on for a long time. Maybe a couple of months. So I tried a second screen. And there he was. I pretended to be someone else, and flatter him. "Is it true you got him banned?" I asked. He really did like to brag, because he explained it all over again.

Is the Administration even paying attention to me?
So I gave up. I stopped taking screen caps, and stopped everything. I just went back to my normal life on Gaia.
But then it hit me... The only person I knew to have ever framed me before this case was my Half-Brother. He impersonated me on Gaia with a different account, and made it look like I was having an affair with a female user I hadn't met or even seen before, while I was with my girlfriend-of-the-time. He literally got me into a mess that time...
Everything matched in my mind. He lived with us when the banning took place, and had moved out of state with his fiancée not long after it all happened. And if this is true, he must have used my computer. And if it was the same computer, our IP address would have been identical.
But how did he get my password? That answer is simple, really... I keep a file of my passwords, and my friends' passwords for when I ever need them. Sometimes my friends can't log in, so I'd log in for them and forward any messages they need to them.
This only brings up the possibility that he hacked a close friend of mine. He must have. And with my IP on the line, the Administration would have nothing else to believe except that I did everything.
I have absolutely no way to prove myself anymore. Because he used my account, on my computer. How could I get any evidence for this?
I don't think I could. And now that I use Dial-Up instead of my DSL, my IP changed every time I access internet connection. So that IP is pretty much lost, along with the wishful thought of ever making attempt to bring Justice in Order.
But, I guess I'm over it now.
