Just for people to know the numbered stories(Whispers in arena) and the insane asylum (Asylum in arena) story are in the writing arena.

The Whispers story is edited so it is different from my journal.
One
Two figures walk side by side down the dark street. The light from the moon shines down and shows them an old run down house. They walk onto the porch and went inside looking back to see if they were followed.

Once inside they sit on an old couch in front of an ash filled fire place.

A girl's voice sounds through the room. "Why don't you light the fire?"

"Okay." A boy's voices answers. He gets up and walks over to the fireplace. He pulls a match box from his pocket and strikes a match. He puts in on the wood. The fire slowly spreads through the it giving off an orange glow.

He walks back over to the couch and sits down.

"I can't believe we found this place." said the girl as she looked around the room.

They had been coming to the old house for about a week. It was huge with furniture that used to be so beautiful. Now all the beauty had faded. The only thing left that could reflect it's lost beauty was the fire place. It was made out of cream and white swirled marble and was carved so intricately it seemed not to be made by human hands.

"Neither can I." The boy said looking around."Did you bring flashlights?"

"Yeah." She pulled two flashlights out of her back pack."Can we have a look around?" She stood up and waited.

"I don't see why not." The girl handed him a flashlight. They clicked them on and the beams spread across the floor. Shouldering her back pack she started walking.

Ever since they found the house she had wanted to explore it, but they never had time. When she had time the boy wasn't there and she didn't want to go alone. This was there first chance and she excited and scared. She had never done something like this, but her curiosity was taking over.

She wanted to see what was in the house. She could hear it lovingly tell long forgotten memories and whisper untold secrets, and those were just from the living room. What would the other rooms tell her? She couldn't wait to hear it tell her more of it's life before.
