So, my thread is so large that I've run out of room to update it. There's a 50,000 character limit and we're over it, haha. So, to free up some space while still keeping the information there, all resolved problems have been moved here instead. And to anyone that wants to b***h that I'm trying to hide this information, bite me. I'm not. If that were the case, I'd delete it all together. <3


- Advertisements and Sponsorships - (FASPO)

Something needs to be done about the Kung-Fu Panda DVD through Amazon.com thing. Amazon.com doesn't even know about the promotion. On top of that, most people haven't been gotten their items. You're essentially screwing users out of promised items. Items that they ultimately paid for.
Looking for confirment as to whether this has been fixed or not.

- Aquariums - (FAQUA)

- Cash Shop, Evolving Items, and Monthly Collectibles - (FECM)

- Titan's Seed has yet to evolve, I believe, since October. I'm guessing that this is because it was free, and it's been forgotten about by now, but there's really no excuse for this. This is exactly why we feel that it's a matter of greed. The only evolving item that users that can't pay can get doesn't even evolve as it should. It's an insult and it leaves us "poor" users out of the loop more than usual.
Update! Thank you for finally evolving it!

- What you did with the zOMG! boxes was extremely unfair, and it was just a ploy to raise more money. You offered tickets that let others play earlier (like SCAS and zEta isn't bad enough [what I mean is that there are some of those users that are jerks about being able to play first, and I don't think a privilege like that should be so exploited. They make all of us testers look bad and we don't need that kind of elitism. There's enough of that on here as it is]) so long as you got money. What about those of us that have been waiting since the day you announced the idea of the Battle System? Do we not matter if we can't pay? The people that were around for the original announcement about Battle are the ones who have waited the longest, the ones who had no idea that they would have to pay for it. We are the ones that willingly forked over our hard earned money to keep this site online. We're the ones being hurt the most by this.
Just because all items eventually end up on the Marketplace does not mean we can get them without paying cash. You knew your users would charge insane amounts for Evolving Items, just like you know they charge insane amounts for Monthly Collectibles. We can't afford your Cash Shop items with cash or gold!
Edit You guys handled this the best you could, and I appreciate that. Thank you very much for solving it so well.



- Events - (FEVENT)

- The Halloween event was fun and well done. Thank you for taking time out of your schedules to do this for us. The only complaint I have is the fact that skittles were used instead of the typical candy we usually got. It just seemed like a bad place for a sponsorship to be. At the very least they could have had little G's on them instead of S's, to make it seem less like a sponsorship.

- Glitches and Features - (FGAF)

New! - I kind of hate to bring this up, for the hell that it could unleash is potentially epic. However, being the devious little minx that I am, I also can't resist. I've noticed, lately, that I can type whatever the hell I want into captcha boxes, and it still works. To me, this is actually a pretty big deal. I mean, captchas are annoying but necessary to prevent bots, right? But what is it stopping if we can write whatever we want into the box and get away with it? Doesn't this kind of defeat the purpose, and aren't we just wasting time, having to type crap that is sometimes so hard to read into these little boxes? I'm quite sure this is a glitch, but really, it's something that should be either fixed or removed completely if it's not even going to serve its original purpose.

- We're still waiting on the quest that will give us back wings. And we're still left wondering about the proposed quests that would allow us to get old donation items. More Gaia-oriented quests will be very well accepted. And I mean quests on the site, not on zOMG.
Update! There are plans for more Gaia oriented quests some time after Christmas and the release of the new inventory system.

New! - Tattoos are apparently screwed up, and have been for awhile. I mean extremely screwed up.
Apparently, this has been fixed.

As of right now, we can't delete comments in our profile. Click the link to delete them only takes us back to our profiles. Others can't comment at all.
This seems to be fixed. Please let know if it hasn't been.

GIM still needs a lot of things hammered out. When a guild member messages you, the guild bot automatically pops up, disrupting the reply.
Update:: This has been fixed. Thank you devs!

- This one is extremely annoying. Please fix the crappy inventory system! A lot of us can't even change our avatars anymore. I have over 5 pages of shirts alone, and the loading time between each page is extremely slow, and by the time you get to the next tab or page, you've forgotten what was on the previous one. We with large inventories have been having problems changing our avatars for nearly a year, or even more, now. It's getting old, fast. In addition, there are a lot of us that are intent on having our inventories in perfect order. We spend hours perfecting our inventories, but when we equip things, they're automatically moved to the bottom, which annoys us to no end. Those that change their avatars daily will be pulling their hair out by now, trying to keep things in order.
Updated! - Inventories seems to be fixed, now! Thank you so much, I can finally change my avatar and have most of my items on my account without it killing my computer.

- Another glitch that I'm not sure is widespread or well known is the profile > equipped items glitch. You click on the item to see what it is and you get an error page. You also no longer get an alt message saying what the item is, making the entire feature useless.
Update! Fixed!

New! 11/9/08 A lot of users are having problems with their inventories completely rearranging themselves, not in the sense of what's listed above, but in the sense of it just completely reorganizes the items, and some people are losing their items, or at least thinking they are.
This part of the inventory problem has been fixed. Thank you!

- Ever since the new arenas were brought out, the Winners Circle has stopped working.

- Updates - (FUPD)

- Marketplace needs some tweaking as well. It's glitched, for one, and things are unorganized, or organized incorrectly. In addition, the tags could be updated to include more words for certain things, which will help when people don't know what an item is. We could search by color, shape (circle, square, cross) and other things.
Update! The tags in the Marketplace are being worked on now. Thank you devs!

- New! We all know that there's a quote glitch going around. People are quickly getting tired of it, though. It's making reading PM replies very hard.
Fixed?

- Allow us to preview items in the Casino. We've wanted that for years now. Allow us to preview things for our cars, too.

New!- zOMG! - (FMMO)

- This is the big one, being Null Fragments. I understand that you guys did the best you could, and I appreciate your efforts very much. Thank you so much for fighting for us. Even though I don't want to seem ungrateful or greedy, you've got to admit that it's still insanely hard to get enough to make a good amount of items. Many items - ironically enough, the most wanted items - take a ton of fragments to create. Add this to the fact that we can't trade the Null Fragments and it's even worse. Couldn't you make some kind of random events every now and then that boost the fragment drop rate? Like fun little events every now and then. This will not only help users, but will also increase interest in the game, knowing there are increased drop rates randomly.
Update! I'm glad to see that the price of Null fragments has decreased. Thank you guys.

- New Features to Consider - (FNFC)

- As mentioned in other parts of this post, how about updating the labeler to allow us to label our friends nicely? That would garner more interest in it and appease the users who are unhappy with it.

- Bots - (FBOTS)

- The bots problem needs to be fixed. This is causing more problems, and costing more money, for you. The only thing to suggest is banning them, really, because more captchas only hurt those of us that are innocent. You need a team of moderators dedicated solely to scouring the Arenas and forums for bots, starting with the most common places.
Update! There is a dedicated team working purely on getting rid of the bots. Thank you guys!

- Broken Promises and Lying - (FBPL)

- The new Gold Gold Revolution item was announced shoddily. Firstly, there was no information on what the minimum amount of gold would be. It seems to be 250gg. That, for one, is disappointing. We are essentially paying $.50 for at least 250 gold, the cap being 1,000,000gg. Gaia is essentially selling gold, something that Gaia scam sites or even regular users are not allowed to do. On top of that, interestingly enough, they released new Mythril Coins valued at under 5,000gg when the Mythril Coins themselves say that they are worth at least 5,000gg. They go as low as 250gg. The flaw is obvious, and shouldn't exist.
