Snow, Falling flakes
Melting on contact
With warm skin
The light of the moon reflecting
Off the ground
That is now covered in a cotton
A shiver and a crunch
Taking a step outside
Into the bright night
Look up into the endless blizzard
Loose yourself in a falling world
A fleeting trance as I'm pulled back
Falling onto the delicate marshmallow world
Deep breath and a smile
Looking up together
Unable to see the stars
But its as if the heavens themselves are falling
Each flake more perfect than the last
Emerging from the darkness
Breaths entwine in a light frost as skin grows cold
Jack frost trying to grasp our souls with his bony fingers
Even on the coldest of nights, as heaven falls
The god of frost is melted
On this perfect snowy, night
