My first submission to the custom avatar contest, after a lot of time poured into the best possible combination and I think I found it!
-High above the clouds, perched like a bird of prey upon the tallest mountain range on the planet, the Frozen Citadel stands ever watchful over all things under the reign of the benevolent rule of the Phoenix King. Scores of flying guardians, the garuda of the icy realm, stand as protectors of justice for those who cannot uphold it for themselves.
