Righteo, well there are a number of things here which compare to a llama, such as the big feet and fur (such as the hair and skirt). In addition, the dull expression on the face of the avatar mirrors that of a llama.
The anorexic part is displayed very well. While there is a possbility for the pumpkin stub to resemble the last bit of a glutton's feast, I believe the stub represents the menial amount of food eaten. There is a small amount of pumpkin; indeed a percentage. It represents the small percentage of food eaten in comparison to other llamas.
