Hundreds of millions of years ago, a battle ensued between heaven and hell. The front line: Earth. God had not been seen, those closest to him, claimed that he was asleep. This left heaven to be run by the higher archy of angels. Armies of angels were sent, hidden from the humans upon the earth to battle demons who were also invisible to the human race. Fighting along side of the angel's was a general. Joesph battled and was feared by thoughs who faced him. He was one of the higher archy of angels, born with a twin, both holding three wings.
A manuver was created. They were going to distroy the first layer of hell. However, the orders were not given from Joesph. It was a sin to enter hell, not only that, but the first layer of hell had not joined sides with Lucifer. Angels who believed they were in the right, took flight to battle the unknowing demons. They were slaughtered.
Joesph, learning of the angels sins went to punish them. However, he could not. The order given had come from his twin brother. Heaven was falling apart with God "asleep". Joesph would not stand for this indignity. He fell to fight with demons. He battled against his twin brother in a fight that would be told many years later. Joesph sealed his brother within the earth and was captured by heaven. He was sentanced to earth to live as a human. However, everytime he died he would be reincarnated and forced to live once more, always dying in a horrible way.
Present day: Tokyo
Joe's head jerked as his best friend smacked him in the back of the head. "Wake up already." Cain teased. "You're going to miss class." Joe was 17 and had grown up in Tokyo. Life hadn't been kind to him. His parents hated him with a thriving passion and he lived alone in an appartment that was close to the school. His sister was the only one in his family that spoke to him. She was beautiful and he took care of her with all of his heart. Cain was his best friend... his mentor. They had been together ever sense highschool began. "I'm going to skip it today." Joe muttered laying back against the tree in the park. Cain rolled his eyes. "Alright, stay out of trouble." Joe smiled, "Yes mother." He was then hit by a rock thrown by Cain, and he was left alone in the park.
