This story tells about a nyonyan lady in Singapore. Her name is Juxiang. She cannot hear or talk. She can read the lips of other people and she can make signs perfectly for people to understand. She lives in a house where a 1st Mistress wants to kill her. 2nd Mistress is her mother. She get married with a Japanese guy. The 2nd world war comes and the japanese attacks Singapore!
