“Tara?! Why’d you do that?” I asked.

“Soren…I can’t see you anymore.” She started crying.

“What I don’t believe you.” I said.

“S-Soren I am serious.” She said turning to leave.

I grabbed her arm and spun her around so she was facing me. “Look me in the eye and say you hate me, say you don’t love me.” I said getting furious.

She pulled out of my grasp and backed away from me. “I-I hate you…” she chocked out. She ran off. I chased her but she was long gone. I felt tears welling up in my eyes but I held them back. I ran home and into my room, I slammed my door.

My mom came in, “Soren, is everything okay?” she asked. “Yes!” I yelled my back turned to her. “Soren you can tell me.” She persisted. “No!” I yelled. She left. For the next few days all I did was eat, sleep, do my chores and train the prince and his friends. Today when I came home my parents told me to sit, I sat. “Soren what has been with you, you act like a zombie.” My dad said.

“Its nothing.” I said. “Let’s go.” My mom said. “Go where?” my dad asked.
