Miscellaneous Information: Weiss mysteriously appears in Kirigakure whenever there is trouble. He will never speak unless spoken to and he will only give his name to someone he thinks deserves to know it. He will stay only long enough to protect the members of Kirigakure, then he will disappear in a blinding golden light.

Shinsei - Rebirth
Weiss's custom weapon. Shinsei is a rapier with a red hand guard shaped like a shell that covers the front and back of Weiss's hand. Shinsei has a long golden blade that glows a tint of red at all times. Whenever Shinsei is unsheathed it will create a powerful sonic boom that will flatten anything that gets in it's way, whether it be rocks, people, trees, or even houses and mountains. Anyone stabbed successfully by Shinsei will have their mind sealed away for a period of twenty four hours. Once this happens they will be unable to think, move, or speak until their mind is returned. Shinsei can be summoned back into it's sheath at any time by having Weiss say it's name and will it to do so.
Biography: Weiss is nothing more than Aneikage Koji, the God of Deceit, in disguise. He watches from his home in Heaven for any trouble to arise in Kirigakure, then rushes their to assist. It would seem as though "Weiss" is very different from Koji, even going so far as to use a different weapon and set of Ninjutsu, all to hide his true identity. He also wears a full facial mask with red markings. To the people of Kirigakure he is seen as a mysterious hero. His nickname, "The Abyss" was given to him because of the state his enemies are left in when he leaves. Using Shinsei, he would seal the enemies minds away, making it seem as though their souls were lost in the Abyss.
