Never lay on the grass with me and watch the stars glow
Never draw a heart with my name in it
Never sing me a love song
Never share with me a banana split
Never make me feel like I belong
Never pack a picnic for us
Never whisper words in my ear
Never tell me I look pretty in my dress
Never want the rest of the world to disappear
Never let me share your popcorn at the movies
Never kiss the top of my head
Never make me a cup of hot tea
Never listen to the 'Nevers' I just said
