On the wings of bats
on the wings of halks
on the wings of doves
on the wings of song birds
we fly
out spirits tied
to creatures far from us.
Our hearts ache
for our spirits love
we wish to fly
we need to fly
((My english teacher told me I should stop rhyming in my poems so here was a try. I also lost the rythem but without rhymes the structure starts to fall apart.))
