OOC Evil Stranger Hello there my pretties. Dragon would like to apologize for going awol again--she says to blame the Halloween event. It's giving her more ideas to flesh me out for a new character. Not that I wish to be a member of the pathetic Dynasty. We all saw what happened to the LAST fire element to be rolled into it. Nogard Wait. Was that about me? Evil Stranger I rest my case.

	Ah. So very true. OOCFTM: If you really want some help with a halloween-ish character, pick up or rent a copy of a Dark Stalkers Game. Or better yet, find a copy of the Dark Stalkers OAV, which is only like 4 episodes, and watch that.
