Nikki died 4:56pm october 8th 2008

I saw her. She cried out and called for help. She needed it. She whimpered and whined.. Medication was no help at all. She had a great life adopted as a puppy. Brought home as a cheerful white and bown lasa apso. Bounding and playful. Then I came along. We played together.. 14 years of our life spent together. But she got old.. and reached her departure time. She left us all, still spoiled and peaceful. Happy to know we were all there for her.. and she knows we all love her, Janice , Jeff , Nick , Judy , Grandmother Noonie and I. We all hoped the pain would go away but we knew she had to leave. We brought her in and layed her on a cozy blanket. Her bows remained in her hair just as she had been groomed that morning. Slowly she closed her eyes and her heart came to a hault and it was time to let go. We all shed tears and choked ourselves up but no one could help it. Its nature and now shes in a better place where she cant suffer. Maybe shes visiting the others who had suffered far into a wonderful life and moved on. I love you Nikki. We all do.
