I skipped out on wearing them for a few weeks and my retainers basically stopped fitting in my mouth. emo I can still put them in, I mean, but I have to clench my teeth to keep them from popping out, and it hurts my jaw after a while. This REALLY, REALLY sucks. But if I don't keep doing this, then my teeth will move back to where they were and I'll have to wear braces again. =____=" I'm hoping if I do force them there long enough my teeth will slowly move back to where they were after braces came off...

Lesson of the day, children: When the orthodontist tells you to wear your retainers every night--DO IT.
