This man is world renown as the greatest assassin and his ability comes from the fact that he doesnt use gunz like most other assassins but uses his claws on his hand to slit the throats of his victims and when the job is done he disappears with no trace of eidence to link him there not even i know how he gets out of there the only thing he leaves behind is his mark which is a belt from his leg tied around everyone mouth otherwise there is nothing else there but blood.
