THE FREAK GENE


Humans born with the FREAK gene aren’t considered humans at all, they are considered FREAKS, hence the gene name, but they are also looked as things from another world, or universe. Since the discovery of this gene the world hasn’t been the same, they were treated like trash, at first they locked them up and put them in camps much like what happened to the Jews. But that didn’t last long, the “FREAKS” could get out at anytime if they wanted to and most of them did, so what ended up happening is that the president wrote a peace treaty, saying that they could live peacefully among the humans so long as no human is hurt, or killed by a freak. He signed and the freaks where free to live in the U.S. but what the treaty didn’t cover was what the public could do. The humans where aloud to do whatever they wanted to them except kill them, they where many falsely accused but they were not killed, just put in a high security prison in the middle of nowhere. The humans had found ways to confine them, so they couldn’t break out, but they don’t know what that is at the moment. But more things where included in the document, like restrictions and things they have to where to identify them. Listing:

Colored dog tags, with the number they were given, and the word FREAK.

They are not allowed to work at any restaurant or fast food place.

They need government approval to be certain things as in:

Doctors,

Fire Fighters,

Cops,

Nurses,

Etc.

Your probably wondering what is a FREAK, so I’ll explain it better for you, a human can be born with the freak gene even if the relatives don’t have it, to check a new born for the freak gene they put them through a series of test, if the baby doesn’t have the gene they can go home like a normal little new born, but if the baby does have the gene they are given the colored name tags, as I’ve said before. Further study also says that if the person does have the freak gene they develop abnormal eye colors, like red, purple, pink and others. But the color doesn’t come around till they’re at least 3 or 5 and since they are born with these eye colors, abnormal colored contacts were made illegal. The FREAK gene gives the person who has it, special abilities. But when testing one of the freaks, the government found that every freak has the ability to control the four elements, fire, water, air, and earth, but along with that each individual freak also has their own abilities along with the elements, they can have up to 1 to 10 abilities not including the said elements that every freak is born with. It actually depends on how the human with the freak gene was brought up, if one of them was a book worm, they would develop abilities that deal with the mind, and if they were brought up badly, they develop things that have to do with rage, like super strength. There are many different ways, so it really depends on that, when they get their extra abilities. Most parents didn’t want to keep their child if they had the freak gene so they are sent to a place where they are raised to obey the government. But some parents keep the child even if they have the freak gene, they didn’t care, it was still a little child to them, but they where looked down upon.

When it comes time to put their kid in school, the freaks are put in a whole different school just for them, and the teachers who work there aren’t too happy with them, they’re not very nice at all. Everything is segregated, unless owners of stores or big businesses says it’s ok for them to come in, the owners have the choice to keep them out or let them in, but that hardly happens ‘cause if they let them buy from them, no one would come and shop there anymore, the store or big business would fall.

Even though the freaks are free to live in the U.S., they are still under restrictions, which doesn’t make since at all! I don’t really know what caused humans to be born with this gene, and I don’t know why, but something tells me, that the answer will come, but who knows when.
