2. Short Description:

Race: Dragon

Profession: Strategist/Self-Proclaimed Inventor

Personality: Very clumsy but very inventive, accident prone, optimist.

Skin: Dark tan/mocha (she comes from the desert).

Eyes: Amber (slit style pupils when angry/threatened).

Hair: Blonde, bangs long past her chin in the front to the sides her fact, part in the middle. Short back level to her chin, permanent cowlick at top center back of her head.

Height/Build: 5’6”. Lean but well toned, average bust (C-ish), slightly curvy.

Special Characteristics: White patches of scales on her shoulders and under her eyes. Ivory colored horns on her head that slant backwards (please see all examples for shape or you can PM me for a better example if you feel you need one.) Smooth dragon tail (no blades, spikes, only scales), and draconic wings, slightly elongated canine teeth.

Clothing Styles: Open backed tops, short sleeved/sleeveless. Layers below the waist, i.e. a split skirt/wrap overtop of pants is her usual.

Wears a gold armband on her upper right arm and a gold cuff on her right wrist, and wears two gold armbands on her upper left arm.

Color Preferences: Pastels, light (not bright) hues of blues, teals, greens, purples.

Color No Nos: blacks, grays, browns, darker hued colors/versions of colors.

Special Notes:
1.Tail Positioning: Her tail highly reflects her mood. If she’s for example unsure of something she wraps the end of it around her ankle, if she’s happy it’s usually doing s-curl sort of positions.
2. Powers - Jaebelltiah utilizes frost/ice as well as electricity/lighining. Feel free to incorporate this into your art.


3. Painfully Detailed Description:

Jaebelltiah is a dragon. She has two forms; a semi-human form and a quadruped dragon form. She is an optimist. She is also very clumsy, accident prone, and has a general lack of overall balance, often tripping and falling a lot or bumping into things. Though she appears goofy and uncoordinated at times, she is a very intelligent individual with a creative and innovative streak. By occupation she is a self proclaimed inventor and professionally a strategist and cartographer.

Semi-Human Form
Jaebelltiah stands at 5’6” with a lean but somewhat curvy and toned build. Her skin is a darj tanned/tawny color and her eyes are amber. He hair is blonde and is cut short to chin level in the back and kept long almost to her shoulders in the front. There is an every present cowlick in the back center of her hair.

In this form she has slightly pointed ears as well as slightly pointed canines. She also retains draconic wings, at tail and horns. She had no blade/spade/spine/spikes on her tail and her horns rest at forty-five degree angle up from her skull in a downward to upcurved fashion and are khaki in color. Under her eyes and on her shoulders she has patches of white scaling.

Jaebelltiah often wears clothing on colors and shades of blue, green, teal, and purple. On her left arm she wears two gold upper-arm bands, on her right arm she wears one gold upper-arm band and one gold cuff on her wrist. She usually wears halter style tops/backless tops of any style to accommodate her wings, and pants with a skirt/wrap/sarong overlay. Sometimes she wraps her hands and forearms. Usually she wears brown leather ankle boots with a semi-split front. If using a weapon, it is in spear or pole-arm style.

Dragon Form
White scaled quadruped dragon standing at 30 feet tall. “Smooth” dragon; no tail/body blades/spine/spikes/spades. Just talons and horns in khaki color and amber eyes. Her elemental powers are a breath weapon of frost/ice and a secondary elemental weapon of electricity which conducts through her talon/between her hrons.

5. Information on Couple Commissions

Jaebelltiah's partner/mate/whatever you wish to call him is Kaznec.

They have been best friends since they were both little. Jae is the more touchy feely of the two, though Kaznec is indeed affectionate towards her without question.

Relationship Quirks: Tail twining. It's like holding hands.

Age: 620

Profession: Commander of the Ilindal Guardians

Skin tone: Medium tan

Eyes: Gold, slit style pupils (fleck with orange-red when he's angry/threatened)

Hair: Black, long and straight, reaches his shoulder blades, with red streaks in the front strands.

Build: 6'0", lean and toned (not overly muscular)

Special Characteristics: Red patches of scales on his shoulders/side of his neck up to his chin. Black colored horns on head that slant backwards slightly. Red-scaled tail with five black shark-fin like blades. Red-scaled wing muscles, black wing membranes/webbing. Distinctive tribal tattoo on right hip. Rune under left eye in the form of a dark colored burn scar.

Clothing Styles: Form-fitting leather. Functional, protective. Weapons include a pair of bone blade gauntlets, short daggers, and a sword that's more for polishing than actual use. Sometimes wears a "ranger's belt" with a variety of hooks and pouches as well. Decorative armband with claws. Boots on feet. No gloves.

Color Preferences: Neutrals including blacks, whites, crimson.

Color No-Nos: Anything bright, pastel, or pink.

Personality: Logic minded, focused, answer-seeking leader. Brooding and the stoic type, but with an aura of authority that demands unquestioning respect from those he commands. Has a fascination with reading old texts and seeking knowledge, extremely curious and likes to asks questions. Speed is his main asset, but he is rather hindered in terms of physical strength (see below).

Personality Quirks: Often attracts females because of his reputation and appearance, but seems entirely unphased in the ways of romance. In actuality, he's quite ignorant and naive in that area. Logic governs his world, which is why he's so serious all the time and has trouble comprehending things that can't be quantified. For him everything has a reason, a "before and after", a "how and why". Since love is an emotion that can't be rationalized very well, he fails in this area horribly.

Background: Horrific battle at a young age with a foreign unknown mage killed his mother and left him unable to stay in complete dragon form for prolonged periods without causing extreme pain and physical damage. Also gave him a rune-like scar under his left eye, which glows gold when he performs magic.

Dragon Form:
Red and black scaled quadruped dragon standing at 50 feet tall. Main body scaling is red. Black spike frill of three at the back of his jaw. Black 'armor' scaling in large plates lines the middle of his head from end of snout up, down his spine, top of his shoulder/kness, along his forearms/forelegs. Black talons on paws, black dew claws on all four paws, black spikes on elbows/back of feet. Black membrane/webbing between wings, black slanted back horns, five black shark fin like blades on his tail. Rune-like scar under left eye appearing as a patch of seared scales among his other scales. Rune glows gold when using magic. His elemental power is a breath weapon of fire.
