Race: Siren, a race of people mainly made up of women. They have an extremely beautiful singing voice. When a siren sings, it is said that they attract people around them, usually of the opposite gender. These people fall in love with the singing siren and rush to be near them. This was a massive problem with boats, since when the sirens sang, the sailors would either jump into the sea to swim to shore, but drown; or, they would turn the boat and crash it into the rocks.

Case Position: The Best Friend
Personality: Typically happy and kind hearted, Shira has made many friends on campus. She can be a tad shy at times, especially if she doesn’t know the person she’s talking to. Much to her annoyance, although she loves to sing, it causes problems for the boys on campus, even though they stop liking her after she stops singing.
Testimony: “I am, well, was the best friend of Adam. I’m not sure if we were still friends when he died. Why? We got in a big fight earlier, probably a few hours before the time he died. I was really mad after the fight, so I went to my room to blow off steam. Possible motives, you ask? Well, I guess it would have been that I was really mad at him. Later, I decided I should go apologize to him, and I tried, but he said he had ‘other matters to attend to’ and left. That made me very sad, so, the rest of the night, I was in my room crying.”
