At first when people were complaining about the Elemental wings juno said that if enough people wanted the fixed poses added she'd be open to it. then she never says anything about it after. After a petition was made and she was pm'd she shows up again and says that she and the other artists decided to leave them as is. No reason why no nothing.
Moral of the story: They need to learn to shut up and not give users false hope. Don't say "We'll do this if enough people want it" if you're just going to turn around and say you decided not to, giving no reason whatsoever.
