My Story So Far --
{{ Rune had always behaved well as a child. His parents typically did things for him that he wished they would teach him to do, but he wasn't about to complain about it. His mother decided to quit her job to go back to school, but she only had one class a week and spent almost all day at home with him. Eventually they rubbed each other the wrong way and they got into a shouting match that ended with him telling his parents he might be gay and him being sent to the academy in the hopes it would correct both his new 'attitude' and the scare of homosexuality he gave them. }}

As a Hogwarts Student
Hello there! My name is Rune Schulte. I'm a wizard, my father is a wizard, and my mother is a witch. My grandparents on my mother's side are muggles though, so I'm not a pureblood. But who cares, really?
My wand is walnut, 11", pliable with a dragon heartstring core. According to Olivander it's excellent for transfiguration, which is great for me since I'm an animagis, though unregistered...for now. I turn into a peregrine falcon, cool huh?
I'm a fifth year at Hogwarts in the Hufflepuff house. The only thing I don't like about Hufflepuff is that people think we're just a bunch of wimps. Not true! I know of some people that are pretty big wimps in other houses, and we have plenty of tough witches and wizards. My father was a Hufflepuff, and mum was a Ravenclaw.
My favorite classes are Care of Magical Creatures, Herbology, Transfiguration, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Ancient Runes, and Potions. Of those my upmost favorites are Care for Magical Creatures and Herbology, I hope to someday use what I learn there to help the wizarding world.
My parents don't know this, and many other people don't, but I'm bisexual. I try not to let any of my feelings towards my guy friends become more than just friends, but sometimes it's hard. I mean, Cedric Diggory was a dream boat! But he had a girlfriend and then he was killed by the Dark Lord...sad business. I knew he didn't 'swing that way' anyways.
