I have noticed. I really like the color green.
My Avi is surrounded by green. I just bought green headphones (vs. black or red..pink is not an option) Yesterday, my outfit consited of a green top, a green skirt (the only skirt i have & like), and of course my green headphones. Not to mention but my glasses are rimmed in bright green on the inside. Here are two ironic things. I love green after having to wear ugly hunter green polos for 9 months straight that i HATED. I love green except that I don't recycle when I know I should and I do when I can, but I support going green. Strange.

Yay. I'm back at my moms. She picked me up about half hour ago and the minute i stepped in the car, my mood lifted up...a lot. We had some interesting conversations in that car ride. I realized (and remembered) that whenever my mom does not have her Jeep (last time it was in the shop cause we hit a deer gonk ), the gas prices go down. Way Down. When my mom had her Jeep - about 2 days ago - gas was at about $4.20. It's now at $3.60. My mom says that she is the solution to all our gas problems. Get rid of her truck.
Another one of our conversation topics was about projects. Ha we were just talking about it and I can't remember what it was. Something about government run homes for the poor and broke? Simple and short: Somewhere to live when your the lowest on the food chain.
While listening to my "car history" lesson of the day, we also talked about her future with the guy that has the possibility of being my step father. Apparently according to me, the wedding will be in the islands, since he's from Jamaica. I'll be there (add-on in my own mind: with the current guy of my taste wink ) and so will my brother and that guys family. It will be a nice wedding and I will enjoy my time in the islands (with him).
After we were done talking (which is when someone called her) I turned on my iPod to NaS's new song "Hero" featuring Keri Hilson. I realized that it sounds 400% better when I'm with my mom in DTW. Rap and the subburbs just don't mix. Hey! It just came on again 3nodding I love it so much. NaS is probably the only rapper (that and Kanye West and Lupe Fiasco and T.I.) that I look forward to his new album. I think I'll add the song on my Gaia. Make sure you turn up your bass before listening wink
Also before I go (I've got to go this is wayy too much ha) I want you to listen to the song Black President by NaS. But only if you like rap. You'll understand it a hell a lot better if you like rap.
