i raced up the stiars, not noticing i was being followed by my friends, the guys sis, and that demon.
as we got outside, i knew they were hot on our trail. i fell to the ground, i guess it tripped me. (demon? zombie? ghost? i had no ******** clue!) "please, don't leave. i have no one to play with." it said, smiling. (?) "Aaw, it'd be nice to stay, but i'd rather live to see another ******** day, thank you!" i snarled, picking up a metal pipe. "my my, if you try to hurt me, you'll only hurt the precious girl instead. eh heh heh heh!!!!" s**t, it was right. if i tried to attack, i'd be skrewed.
"you guys go. give me the pipe, dane, and i'll hold it off." Jeff said, smiling. "Oh hell no, i ain't leavin you, i'll dela with the b*****d myself!!!" i said, trying to move it away from her. but all it did was glide around her. i noticed the book. that book.... THATS IT!!! but, it was too late. i loosened my grip on the pipe, and that was jeff's chance. he stole it away from me, and ran after it. i shouted to him, telling him to just run, but he didn't listen. he was just running closer, when it formed a sickle, and sliced him in half...
(BAK 2 PRESENT) "dude, i give up! i can't run anymore..." "zack, don't stop. it'll get you, like it did...." "jeff, i know. but, maybe if i can stall it, maybe it will stay away from you." fat chance. you saw how i threw that thing into its ribs! it now wants ME dead!!" i laughed, but it was cut short. it came back, with her, again. "come on, this is fun!! can i kill another, please?" "to hell with ya. you aren't getting anymore fun out of this."
i smiled wickedly, and formed the weapon. this time, however, it was a mace. i swung it at the demon, and it hit it in the arm, tearing it to pieces. it shreiked, and my head started to throb. same with zack, he was on the ground trying to cover his ears.
after it stopped, i ran back to zack. "listen, i'll try to be a decoy for the thing, while you go take the book away from her." he nodded, smiling. "roger that!!"
