Eh, these have all been filled with avatars and such lately so here's a little update on my life. :] Happy, happy, joy, joy!

Well, school starts really soon. Less than a month, in fact. I'm really excited for my new classes and everything and hope to become the ideal student AND friend this year. O: For once, it's not just about grades for me.

I've been really happy lately, which is simply wonderful. :] I've been taking care of myself better both physically and emotionally. I haven't had a breakdown for the longest time and it just makes me really happy. I've gotten a great boyfriend and can actually see this lasting for a while, which is probably adding to my new mood. There's not much more to elaborate on. ^^ I'm just really, really content.

I've been getting back into fan fiction. ;/ Good, bad, I don't know. I just know that I'm having fun with it so I'll let things turn out as they please. It just bothers me slightly that I haven't elaborated on any of my original novels. Hopefully I'll fall back into that during the school year. :]

I've gotten a lot closer with my friends and family. :] I'm proud because I'm not simply locking myself away anymore. The feelings of discontent that I have around people is quickly fading and I'm finding myself to be more of a fun person than I originally thought. I believe that my childhood perspective of the boring, useless Cara is fading into a Cara that can actually live.

I don't know what brought this on, but I'm living with a smile until it goes away. heart
