They can't hold you back forever
They can only go so far
So what will you do
Without the restraint
Of their rules
Or the pressure
To be accepted
And don't worry
About their actions
Or what they might say
Because someday
You'll rise above them
And look down
At the pity
They've dug themselves into
So keep your head up
Don't let them in
And wait it out
Until you can finally
Break free
