We got up at 6:30 am today, went down to the court house, waited until 10-something only to be told that we had to go to another court house all the way in Monteray Park, LA. So we waited for another hour or so until we were finally dismissed from the building here and then drove over to the one in LA, got lost along the way, and wandered around LA for half an hour before finally finding the place.
All to find out that pretty much nothing has changed. My kids are still in foster care, we can still only see them with supervised visits, but thankfully my in-laws can still get custody of them.
Pretty underwhelming overall. Tomorrow I'm gonna call my lawyer.
