Thanks to the help of my life coach I have learned that the best way to peak my happiness is to stimulate myself physically, mentally, and spiritually, and so startin' the next month I will embark on a new way of life. I will eat healthier, work out, and meditate on a scheduled basis. Tomorrow I will work out the final plans on what I shall do and when, as well as a variety of healthy and nutritious meals and snacks so I have some variation of flavor (since I love flavor!). I plan on keepin' track of my progress somewhere, and so I have decided to keep track here. I don't care if people read this or not, it is pretty much just here for me to look back on and remember, but perhaps it will help out others as well, who knows?
Anyhoo, tomorrow I will post my list for my new way of life, and then the followin' day I will hopefully begin it (depends on if I can like get groceries and stuff).
So that is my plan. I know it is going to be a big change but I also know that if I have the motivation I can do it, just like how I cut meat in a day. I can't wait!
