A Rose by Any Other Name The gentle but strong rose Rows of thorns to protect Defense against various foes The simple rose demands respect A strong yet gentle rose The rose's scent of Amor A red seductive temptress Knows nothing but glamor Stands its ground never the less A rose's sweet scent of Amor The rose with silky petals So soft and yet so smooth Simple and complex like metals Against the skin they soothe A rose with smooth, silky petals
